Before requesting a refund

Keep the order confirmation, product name, purchase date, and email address used at checkout available. Contact support as soon as possible if a license was purchased by mistake, delivery did not arrive, or you need help resolving an order issue.

How to request assistance

Contact order support with your order details and a clear description of the issue. IZenica Technologies will review the request and explain the next steps. Do not send payment card numbers or full license keys in a public message.

License and activation considerations
